Refunds at Fetch are straightforward. Here's everything you need to know.
When you're eligible for a refund
- Your order didn't arrive
- Items were missing or incorrect
- Your order was significantly delayed and you cancelled
- You were charged incorrectly
How to request one
- Open the Fetch app and go to My Orders
- Select the order in question
- Tap Report a problem and describe the issue
- Submit — our team reviews all refund requests within 1 hour
